Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Toni Gonzalez Collins is a Mexican American Sportscaster. Her current role is an ESPN sportscaster. ESPN, working as an anchor of SportsCenter reports and hosts SportsNation. The first time she worked for ESPN in the year 2016. The child of the journalist on television Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is bi-lingual and has been so since the age of nine. The ability to speak two languages has helped her get her first job at Univision, Miami. She was able to work alongside national producers on shows such as Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. Her next job was as reporter for sports at CBS St. Petersburg. CBS St. Petersburg Affiliate. In Mexico City she was conceived on the 22nd of November, 1985. There is an older sister. In 1992, the family settled in Miami after relocating from Mexico into the US. Soon after they separated, and in the year 1995, Fabio Fajardo remarried. He passed away from kidney cancer in the year 2006. The summer of the year 2006, Antonietta spent a week with her sister in Canton Ohio. The older Collins girl worked at the time. Antonietta who was in high school having a clear idea of where she would like her life to look like, traveled to Mount Union University to see whether the university was suitable for her. The campus was stunning as well as offered the level of education she wanted. When she finished her high school education, she chose to attend the University to pursue a degree with Media Studies. Professor Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM and was member of the class, established an ongoing friendship with her. His passion for journalism and confidence in herself inspired her. In turn, she was determined to achieve his expectations and never fail him.
