In the second half of the year 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born 1984 into the family of sports. Her father was a bodybuilding competitor and her brothers played sports like hockey and ice. Aleesha has played many sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification through winning the NPC USA Championships 2014. Her first year of competition that was the year 2008. She also participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. Aleesha was able to hold onto a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha got herself into her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha improved and was able to win her first professional competition in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had her most impressive WOS Rising Phoenix performance, as she was ranked 4th. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding due to medical reasons.
